Is Greater Baton Rouge Housing immune from this national downturn in home prices? Watch this video to find out. My apology about the audio problem in last 2 minutes, not sure what happened. Basically I was saying that while Greater Baton Rouge does face challenges and is not immune, we are blessed in that we were one of the last States to go into the recession and that we're doing much better than most States in the United States economically. It Is OK to talk about the challenges sometimes and be real with the locals that trust real estate professionals for market reports. And, when I say "Trust Agent", I'm applying as a person locals can trust for market reports and am not referring to myself as a licensed real estate agent.
